In general, the level of pain relief and support is also average. We noticed that it provides moderate support for sleepers. We also observed that it relieves pain caused by pressure, but there are also other products in the market that are more efficient when it comes to pressure relief.
When talking about support, the memory foam comfortably hugs your body. However, a few consumers claimed that the foam has the tendency to indent too much, which made them feel that they are trapped. We noticed that the indentation level is too much when a person is sleeping on his or her side; therefore, this will lead to the buildup of pressure. When sleeping sideways, the weight of the body tends to focus on particular points; thus, a high level of indentation is not suitable for side sleepers.
Does it require foundation?
Zinus Sleep Master Ultima Comfort Memory Foam fits well with any bed foundation. We tested it on different bed frames such as solid surfaces, slatted frames, and box springs. We observed that whatever bed frame is used, the mattress was well supported. This makes it a quite flexible.
Although it fits well to any type of bed frame, we recommend using a solid bed frame, a slatted frame that has a narrow spacing (3 inches or below), or a durable wood or metal frame. Using these types of bed foundations will ensure that the mattress is supported, thereby allowing you to enjoy the benefits that the mattress provides.

The Sleep Master Ultima Comfort is shipped to your house. They effectively squeeze the mattress for shipping with vacuuming. The mattress is rolled and then put in a package which is shipped directly to you.
